A Better Me | Photography Training

I recently got back from a five day intensive photography training. It was a great training — I always like to better myself and learn everything I can about photography and this training taught me so much!

This was a non-model photo shoot assignment using a variety of lenses.

Some Blog Changes…

Unfortunately I won’t be sharing my personal life with you on my blog anymore. A local fellow photographer told me about his terrify experience of someone stalking his children through his blog. It’s sad that there are people in the world like this.

It’s strictly business on my blog now.

Bridal Show

For those of you that came by my booth yesterday at the Bridal Show congratulations to you! As a thank you I am offering $50 off any of my wedding packages if you book with me by the end of January — just mention that you stopped by my booth and read this special on my blog.

Amanda & John | Engagement Session

Yesterday I photographed Amanda and John. It was a gorgeous day and we had a great time walking around talking. I always enjoying hearing how couples met and how their wedding plans are going. Congratulations to you both!

Their dog, Keyser…

This picture is fun! Time to jump…

Comments from Amanda, “Your blog is so cool, we forwarded the link to all our family and friends. I love how you not only get behind the camera but in front of it as well. We were absolutely stunned how well the colors came out at the park and how picture perfect you made everything look! I can’t wait to hang us up on the wall at home! THANK YOU!”

Sisterly Love

Yesterday I photographed the beautiful twin sisters Heather and Heidi. We had a lot of fun wondering around the gardens and getting to know eachother. Thanks ladies for the fun afternoon!

Heather’s comments, “Your blog is so cute! I love it, you take great pictures! Heidi and I decided that we were going to share a picture in the year book…it’s the one with both of us looking at each other that I love! It turned out great! Thanks again for everything!”

Heather & Heidi

Can you tell the two of them apart?

(The photos of Heather and Heidi were shot with film and scanned in — that is why they appear different than others on my blog)

David

Yesterday I had a senior session with David. He’s new to the area and we had a great time chatting and walking around. Good luck to you David and I hope that you enjoy your senior year!

Comments from David’s mom after viewing the photos on the blog, “The pictures are beautiful!! I am so pleased with them, I cant wait to see them all!”

Loni

On Thursday I had the pleasure of photographing Loni — she is a senior this year in Albany. She was so much fun to photograph. Thanks for the laughs Loni!

These bottom two photos were Loni’s ideas and they definitely show her personality!

Comments from Loni’s mom Branita after seeing the photos on my blog, “First off, let me thank you for the wonderful job you’ve done with Loni’s pictures. The ones on your blog are just gorgeous. They really capture her personality. I’m really looking forward to seeing the album. I also wanted to thank you for making it such a wonderful time for Loni. She talked of nothing else but her session all that evening. I’ll make sure all of my friends know what an awesome job you do, and what a wonderful person you are to work with. Thank you again for everything.”

Mandy & Aaron’s Wedding | Part 2

Mandy and Aaron were married at the end of July. They are such a sweet and fun couple and very much loved by their family and friends. I really enjoyed working with them!

Mandy works for a company that sells playground equipment so I thought it would be appropriate to get some fun pictures of the couple on playground equipment!

Mandy’s comments after receiving her albums, “I got my pictures today. They look great!.”
