When I was on my shoot yesterday evening I took these beautiful images. I am so lucky to live in such a beautiful place! Oregon has it all – rivers, mountains, valley’s, the ocean, plus culture, nice people and good coffee!

I want to introduce you to the ladies behind the Vixen! We are a team of four women that joined together to create the perfect boudoir experience for you. Holli and I are the photographers, and Meaghan and Chelsea are the hair and makeup artists. A few weekends ago we went to my studio to take some photos for the Vixen website. Below are a few of my favorites:
Me & Holli:

Most of these images were taken by Holli’s wonderful husband Jeff. Thanks Jeff!! To view the Vixen site click HERE
Our next *Boutique Vixen Shoot is Saturday, April 17th. We still have a few spots available so if you are interested in booking this please contact me.
Holli and I are extremely busy in the summer with weddings and senior portraits so our Vixen shoots are going to be very limited during the months of June-September. If you are thinking of doing a session you should try to schedule it in April or May while we have a lot of shoot dates available.

A couple asked me to photograph their love dove tattoos, so of course I said yes! They wanted some artsy images of both their tattoos showing, here are some of my favorites:
Kristin contacted me in January to take some artistic photos of her for her business website and marketing materials, she is an architect in town. Fortunately we had great weather the day of the shoot! Below are some of my favorites:
Some of you may know that I do a Boudoir Photography line called Vixen Portraits. I do this line with Holli True and two fabulous hair and makeup artists – Meaghan Mackey and Chelsea Gassner. We are a team of four women and we LOVE what we do!! Vixen Portraits is all about empowering women through photography.
Over the last year we’ve been working hard on perfecting the Vixen line and our newest change is the website. Click HERE to see our new fabulous website!

Let me know what you think – I love comments! It plays music so if you are viewing it at work you might want to turn down your speakers. We will be announcing several new additions/ideas to the Vixen line so be sure to check the blog often!
I’ve been looking for the perfect location for my studio and I finally found it! It’s located in Corvallis in the Madison Avenue Plaza behind Noah’s Bagels and Starbucks. I’ve been busy the last couple of weeks getting it ready and just finally finished. Let me know what you think!!:

View from the front door:

Stop by and say hi — I’ll be there various times throughout the week. The address is 425 SW Madison Avenue, Suite C in Corvallis, Oregon.
I will be having a grand opening in the next month or so. If you’d like to know more about that sign up for my newsletter (you can sign up for it at the very bottom of this blog). I will be sending out an announcement via the newsletter with various offers and discounts that will apply if you attend the open house!
This is what it looked like before all my hard work (and my husband’s hard work too – thanks Joe!!):
I have had the vision of this studio in my head for years and now it’s come true! I’m SO excited!! There are so many great things planned for 2010 and I can’t wait to introduce them all to you… stay tuned!! ♥ Sara ♥
