I did an amazing photo shoot in the woods last week. I loved it so much I thought I’d share one of the images with you!:

I have other sessions to edit before I can do this one, but I’ll post more favorites soon.

If you are in the downtown area of Corvallis I have an art show titled “Paris Night Walks”displayed at the Footwise window which is located on the corner of 3rd and Madison Street. I am also showing some of my “SoulFotos: Images & Quotes That Feed Your Soul.” My show will be hanging through the month of May. I plan to go down there sometime this week to take some some photos of it which I post on the blog. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my travel photography as much as I do!
Thank you to my sister Onna and husband Joe for helping me hang the show!
[I have been super busy lately with all kinds of projects so I apologize for not blogging much.]
Update: Below is a photo of the art show but it’s really hard to see the photographs because of all the glare on the window from the sun and the lights of the buildings around it. So if you want to see the photos up close you’ll have to go down there![]()

Yesterday one of my SoulFoto images was featured on the website Operation Beautiful. If you’ve never heard of this site you should definitely check it out, click [here] to go to the website. The mission of the website:
“The mission of Operation Beautiful is to post anonymous notes in public places for other people to find. The point is that WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL. You are enough… just the way you are!”
My image that was featured:

I leave these cards in books in the library, in restaurants and stores, on windshields of cars. It’s really fun to spread the love!!
I really enjoy photographing babies. My sessions are usually not in a studio – I generally come to your house and capture your child in their element. Below are a few favorites from a mini session I did awhile ago, I love her intense eyes!:
[I'm switching back to my thumbnail gallery - I like how it looks]
I have several more portrait sessions to show you, but right now I’ll show you my newest SoulFoto image:

Happy Spring everyone!!
I love this session!! The light this time of day was perfect, and the connection between Andrew and Tanja is so very sweet!:

Andrew + Tanja – I hope your wedding is fabulous and thank you for trusting me to do your engagement photos, it was great spending time with you both!
I really enjoy photographing high school seniors! Below are some of my favorites from Madison’s session:

[ I was at an event yesterday and some of my blog readers told me that my gallery layout on the blog takes forever to load and at times doesn't load at all. I'm used to an extremely fast computer so this doesn't happen when I view it, but it made me realize not everyone has fast computers. I'm glad they told me! I'm changing the layout of my blog from here on out so it might look like it's in transition the next few posts because I'll be experimenting with different looks/layouts.]
This is a mini session with Baby K – what a cutie!:
